PRESENTAZIONE
La Presentazione è il concetto di base di questo software.
Quindi se dobbiamo rappresentare dei testi molto lunghi,non è il caso di utilizzare PP,ma bensì un Editor di testo come Word o Office.
Quando si avvia PP,ci si trova davanti questa area di lavoro:
essa è strutturata con al centro la diapositiva o la slide come preferiamo chiamarla,nella quale man mano vedremo realizzarsi il nostro progetto.
Possiamo vedere che PP ci guida all’inserimento di un titolo ed all’inserimento di un sottotitolo.
La formattazione “ Fare clic per inserire il titolo” è una formattazione che in HTML verrebbe chiamata H1,cioè il titolo di grandezza 1 quindi il titolo più importante.
Il sottotitolo potrebbe essere un H2 o un H3 e così via; i titoli vanno da H1 a H6.
Questo ovviamente per quanto concerne il Web.
Dobbiamo tenere presente che: in tutti i software di presentazione il Layout migliore è proprio quello che ci viene messo a disposizione dal software stesso.
Vediamo che cosa vuol dire.
Vediamo quale è tutta la gestione delle diapositive:
Possiamo vedere che abbiamo diversi Layout:
– Diapositiva titolo (che è quella che stiamo usando)
– Titolo e contenuto
– Intestazione sezione
– Due contenuti
– Confronto
– Solo titolo
– Vuota
– Contenuto con didascalia
– Immagine con didascalia
Ciò che è consigliabile vivamente è di NON modificare i Layout,cioè farci guidare dal Layout.
Questo perchè i Layout sono strutturati in modo che il progetto venga gestito nella maniera migliore,quindi non inventiamoci inserimenti diversi da quelle che sono le proposte che ci vengono suggerite di default,perchè andremmo solo a gestire in una maniera non corretta il tutto.
Quella che viene messa a disposizione di default è la diapositiva Titolo.
Per vederla subito in azione scriviamoci un titolo,ad es. “Corso PowerPoint 2010”
ed un sottotitolo: By alessioempoli .
ed ecco che abbiamo creato una prima slide.
Nella slide di default il Titolo ed il Sottotitolo sono già strutturati in maniera tale da essere formattati nella maniera corretta,cioè avere le grandezze giuste e così via.
Se introducessimo,al contrario, del semplice testo,dovremmo intervenire all’interno del testo stesso con ingrandimenti vari,messe in grassetto,spostamenti,colori ecc.
Quindi dovrei fare più passaggi per far assomigliare la slide a quella di default,però per quanto abbia fatto il possibile,c’è comunque una grande diversità fra la slide di default e quella che abbiamo costruito successivamente.
Quindi,ripeto,è meglio NON uscire dai Layout e dagli schemi che ci vengono proposti da PP.
Reimposta
A volte potremmo voler ritornare alla diapositiva di partenza e quindi dobbiamo agire sul comando Reimposta.
Qui dobbiamo fare una precisazione.
1) se ho manipolato una slide di default,cambiandone l’aspetto,quando clicco sul comando Reimposta,tutti gli elementi della slide ritorneranno al loro posto
2) se al contrario ho scritto io personalmente sulla slide inserendo delle caselle di testo a casaccio e scrivendoci dentro,potrò vedere che,quando agisco sul comando Reimposta NULLA torna al suo posto e questo perchè,come ho già detto,abbiamo lavorato al di fuori del Layout di default della slide.
Ecco perchè,come ho detto in precedenza, NON si deve possibilmente uscire dai Layout di default della slite.
Esempio
Se avessi scritto sulla slide quanto visibile sopra,con caselle di testo a casaccio,un po’ quà,un po’ là,avendo modificato il Layout della diapositiva,cliccando sul comando reimposta,esse NON tornerebbero al loro posto di default.
Se invece scrivessi negli spazi della slide,previsti di default,non avendo toccato il Layout della diapositiva,cliccando su Reimposta,tutti gli elementi della slide ritornerebbero al loro posto originario,come nel caso seguente:
Se facciamo: Tasto DX sulla diapositiva avremo:
– clicchiamo su: elimina diapositiva
e la diapositiva viene eliminata
Possiamo aggiungere un altro tipo di diapositiva:
inserire un titolo,con altri sottotitoli.
Posso anche cambiare il tipo di Layout andando sul comando in alto Layout e scegliere ad esempio un layout a due contenuti:

Come possiamo vedere in questo tipo di Layout,si possono inserire diversi elementi:
Quindi in maniera del tutto automatica,avendo rispettato il layout della diapositiva,lei riesce ad adattarsi al nuovo layout che ho applicato e che potrebbe essere una tabella,un grafico,uno SmartArt,un’immagine,una ClipArt,una clip multimediale cioè audio e video.
