sindrome di HORNER: miosi, ptosi palpebrale, assenza di sudorazione dal lato colpito
–Aneurismi dell’arco aortico
Sintomi più comuni:
disfagia (difficoltà alla deglutizione)
odinofagia (dolore alla deglutizione)
tosse
dispnea
voce bitonale o afona (per compressione del nervo ricorrente laringeo sinistro)
sindrome di HORNER
anisosfigmia (riduzione unilaterale del volume del polso,carotideo o radiale)
iposfigmia (riduzione bilaterale dei polsi)
– Aneurismi dell’aorta discendente toracica e addominale
Sintomi più comuni:
dolore al dorso
dolore addominale diffuso
massa pulsante addominale
soffio vascolare
Ematoma dissecante dell’aorta
Sintomi più comuni:
fortissimo dolore lacerante,tagliente che cambia zona
Determinazione della direzione della corrente sanguigna
Manovra di Rima – Trendelemburg
